Title: Smoke and fire

I need an animation that will start off with smoldering smoke then move onto spray embers, then flames but I need it to fit within a 640x480 dimension.

I would love it if someone could help me.

I have...extensively...but the kind of request I'm asking for isn't something I could commonly find in the resources. Thus, why I am asking for ppl to help me make it.

the fire animation from the RTP would work.
or just add on.
what's the prob with that one?
and if you want to add smoky stuff, then export misc2 and one of the fire animations and stick them together. then, just change the color scheme on the smoke. problem solved, without bugging anyone.

And are they 640x480 in size? the fire animation. not the entire tileset? Cause that's what I'm asking for.

Ah.  Is the size your looking for the Battle 2 animation size perhaps?


What he was saying is to do that (with the rtp) and import to the Battle section.  Battle 2 is for larger animations.

I don't even know what the hell RTP means. You really are going to have to be specific with everything you say, else I won't understand what you're talking about.

Run Time Package. It's the default stuff that comes with the maker. And I suggest you be a little less rude. Remember, you're the one who needs help, not them. So maybe you should be a little more specific about what it is that you want.

I'm not being rude. You're just failing to realize that I specifically asked what RTP meant before, clearly implying I had no idea what it meant. As for the maker, I don't even have it...So how am I to know that.

All I asked for was some help finding a flame animation. The ones who are being rude are those on these forums.

Quite frankly, I'm disappointed yet again at the attitude you users have toward ppl on these forums.

I've only posted two topics on these things, and both times I've been met with disrespect or rude behavior. Overall a total lack of helpful attitudes.

You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

I'm done with these forums. You are all royal pricks.

Nobody was being rude, they tried to help. Next time tell us what maker you're actually using man, because most, if not all the people here use rpgmaker. I'm sorry that you feel this way, but that's your call. The flaming, however, was unnecessary, and therefore this topic is locked.  :lock:
