In this Topic, I'd like to create a list of offers and requests - i know there's already one (sticky) but this one is meant to be different:
Everybody who posts here wants something (e.g. a Faceset/Charset/Script/Chipset etc.) that he can't make by himself. But anyway, i guess everybody has something to offer (such as Charsets, and may they be made with Charas, Faces, Artworks, Chipsets, Story, general hints, ripping, music etc.). So if somebody needs, eg a specific Charset and is good at scripting, while somebody else can create charsets, but has some problems with scripts, these two could combine their abilities to help each other.... I don't know if this thread will survive, but anyway I'm gonna start:

Can offer: Certain ROMS (SNES mostly), MIDI files from other games (and some remixes, but not mine), edits of any charset, faceset, or battle character you have. Also, some small resources for characters (I made an eyepatch. Yippee.), and some animated event sprites (doors and such. See my topic in resources.)

Can do: Edits on pretty much anything, If you want to know how to program some thing in RM2K or RM2K3--i.e. a specific CMS or CBS problem (I'd rather not write out entire tutorials for each type of CMS or CBS), or other event problems--I can probably figure it out. For most resources if you need something from scratch I probably can't make it, but I consider myself very good at finding resources on other sites. (I also have over 15,000 unsorted resources on my computer so chances are I hav something usable)
Can't do: Create the basic structures of characters, I don't know why but I just can't do it. If you give me that I can probably make anything.
Needs: Not much, just glad to help

Good at: ripping, mainly rpgs into nearly any type of resources.
Bad at: basic editing in paint and idraw etc.
Need: the basics for making a battle character from link in ocarina of time on the n64. pretty much just a pic or to of him doing all those types of poses (attack, walk, Etc.). normaly i would do this, but my n64 is kinda.....well.....it sucks.

Example: The baseball cap on my avatar was drawn by me, and as you can see it's just plain red inside and there's not a lot of detail.
Another thing I need help with is facial hair, namely I need a black goatee that's not too thick.
As far as actually using the RPG Maker program (2000) I've been experimenting with lots of things and I'm getting really good at making things work on there. I'm also good at editing pictures, I use Paintshop Pro to shrink down the size of pictures and sometimes edit them. I use this program for editing RPG Maker charsets and facesets sometimes too but as far as what I can draw, so far I'm getting good at drawing the layouts for outfits and accessories on charsets, I haven't really fiddled with the facesets because I'm not too good at drawing like that on a computer. I just need help with things like details with colors.

I have some characters I can't work on because I don't have enough time. These characters are mostly mixed from RTP.
1st Character - Man 2 head + legs, Man 3 upper body without shirt
2nd Character - Elf M head, made up coat + shirt, any jean legs
3rd Character - Woman 3 head, woman 4 rest of body
4th Character - Woman 2 head, woman 5 rest of body (in charset, increased tube shrit)
5th Character - Pretty much made head, Monk F rest of body
6th Character - Hero M head, priest M rest of body (lighten skin)
7th Character - Completely made
8th Character - Pretty much made head, edited soldier F rest of body
I haven't explained the colors because they're already up there.
I need charsets and RTP-style battlechars for the 8 of these. IAs for the Battchars, leave it as the same layout as RTP and I'll make the conditions. I need the armor person very soon. No stances for charsets please

Chipsets? Use Mac & Blue. There's nothing worse than having mismatched chipsets and Mac & Blue has SOOOO many chipsets. Also, it's becoming the new rtp, so watcha gonna do.

I just looked at everyone's problem and I've given tips to mostly everyone that had a problem. I don't have time to edit charsets and I can't really find wolf faces that much and I suck at battlechars, so can someone please volunteer to help me?!

(College takes up much of my time; I can only play games on the weekend; thus requests might take a while. Requests of things close to the start of the game are obviously going to be faster, and requests of graphics that only occur during controlled action moments are going to be harder to get.)
I can also teach basic programming skills with Visual Basic or GML.
I could use: More animals! More different types of animals (since I probably won't use just one dog in my story, and I don't care to have a cast of five dogs whose only difference is color). Farm animals, forest animals, exotic animals, birds, sea creatures, etc. Also plants (for a garden, plants that grow).
Characters and/or chipsets from Stargate, X-Files, Diagnosis Murder, MASH, or various anime (Ronin Warriors, Fruits Basket, Nightwalker, Lost Universe, Slayers...).
Someone who'd be willing to talk with me about my game concept one-to-one, to work out kinks and try to make it interesting.

If you can, do any of this, I'll just send the originals to you through e-mail. I'm almost done completing my own battlechars and his that only require compiling pieces. It'd be nice if I could have some help on it though if anyone besides my friend here would like to volunteer.
As for your water spells, just explain them to me and I'll find them, I'm excellent at finding rpgmaker resources, I find stuff for all my friends.
Yoshara, search on vgmusic for final fantasy games, chrono cross or xenosaga. All those games sound similar. It might take a long time, but it's worth it in the end.

Anyways, getting onto other peoples' business...
Serano64 and everyone else.... if you actually say what you need rather than just going "summon battlechars"(Serano64), "char poses"(wildguy3922), "chipset" (MSlash), "weapons" (Xenocode) and all that stuff Zillahunter said... please explain so people can help you out.
Also, I think I might be able to help you out, Chris'illian. But we can't see the feet or the back side of your character. Could you explain him a little more? I'm sure I could do it.
As for Xenocode and SleepAid... all you have to do is search on google or yahoo. There are a lot of weapons and tutorials floating around. Search: "rm2k tutorial" (SleepAid) and "weapon rm2k" (Xenocode)
I've come back because I desperately need chipsets from FF1 on the GBA. If someone could manage to find or rip a chipset from.. I think every dungeon, you'd be the greatest person in the world. Someone PLEASE volunteer to do this job. I'll give you the rom and emulator if you don't have it. I can do the job of ripping the charsets of FF3 (NES) and Minh from FF2 (also NES). But I need the char, "Darkheart" or.. whoever he is, the character that gets lost. I need his charset ripped from the NES. Darkheart isn't needed as urgently as the chipsets.

I mean, I know you guys are waiting for someone to ask you to help them or waiting for someone to volunteer to help you.... the truth is, nobody is going to volunteer, but everybody is waiting to be asked to help you. So volunteer if you really want your things done, guys.
