This morning I got a dog. Some neighbors found him and asked if he was ours, he was scared and kept shaking so I reached out to him and now he looks to me like a life line and refuses to leave me. OMG HE IS SO CUTE! And so we looked for his owners and haven't found'em *duh* so after much begging, my mom let me keep'em so long as I take care of him and I pay for his stuff. Everyone seems to like him and his name is.....

Awesome. Presumably you didn't find him with a collar then?

There's a few things you have to think about when taking in stray dogs, but you've probably thought about all that.

I'm actually getting a dog myself by Tuesday. She's a Yorkshire Terrier named Ruby.

I've got a three-year-old purebred chocolate lab named Macy. She's worth a pretty penny, but we got her for free. She's a good dog, but she's also a bit hyperactive and she likes to play with trash. But she's a pretty dog.

Congrats on possibly having a new dog.

Yeah, the thing is the dog had a collar AND a leash. He was just there on the stairs barking *I didn't even hear'em* and he seems to be well taken care of. Good teeth, and he's young too but he ain't erm.. neutered..  <<  But we did go around the block looking and we also left our info at the pet store. So who knows. I'm in love with'em <<

Omg ruby is so cute, I had one of those.. well my grandmother did. We called'er Rugbe. She was also a stray, had her for years then they gave her to my aunt and I guess she died of old age dunno. <<

i had a stellar day too. I didnt find a dog though. I bought a wii, and 3 games.. And the "Marvel Zombies" Hardcover.

Anyway, I have a 13 year old dalmatian that is blind, and she is the cutest being on the planet.  Not to be mean, but she is even cuter when she bumps into stuff.

Aww I had a cocker spaniel like that. His name was shadow, he bumped into everything but he was so cute.

And it looks like the dog thing is short lived because we're thinkin on calling animal control later. He has a very bad temper. <<

what's funny is we think the dog understands commands in spanish.
