Title: Phantom Hourglass
Post by: Shady Ultima on October 05, 2007, 06:22:47 PM: So I picked up the new Zelda game on Wednesday, and it's really good. The new control scheme is actually a lot of fun to play, and the multiplayer 'battle' game is great.

Anyone else get this game yet? If so, what do you think of it?

I love the controlls (Im pretty much loving my wii)

the graphics are sweet.

The story is stellar, for a zelda title.

Im still pretty early into the game...
Im collecting the sword and sheild from the village in wolf mode...game is paused for a short break.

I like slashing my sword around wii style. IT MAKES ME FEEL LIKE A BIG MAN

It has been some deal of time since I last had this much fun with a game. Most games nowadays tend to try to be shady and spooky, this one is just plain fun.

Heh, good job screwing up Zelda titles, but Twilight Princess is awesome too.

And you suck, next time I see you online, I'll try to give you a few more tips for RE4, it's a tough area, but once you know how to do it, it's not too hard. Try doing it on the 2nd level the 'Professional' difficulty... it's impossible.

And then you run into this house, and your friend Luis is there, and you tell Ashley to run upstairs, and you and Luis stay on the ground floor killing people over and over. Then Luis says "Upstairs" then you go upstairs and kill more people. Then the people start throwing ladders into the windows, and you have to kick them down, all the while killing the people that are coming up the stairs. You're usually surrounded by at least 10 enemies at once, at least 2 of which will have a parasite head when you blow their head off. It's insane, and on pro, it's like... 20 - 30 enemies around you at once. I can't beat it on pro.

just...I bought a bunch of wii points so ive been spending those on all my favorite genisis and snes titles.

landstalker is keeping me from RE4. Not to mention I was asked to test play some games for my fiancee, as she works in a music/games shop...
So ive gotta contend with a bunch of other games. I will wait until sundown and finish this stupid house. the presidents daughter dosent like being stuck in that thar closet. After watching 28weeks later last night, I couldnt bring myself to zombie it up.

Anyways, now that i know there is a new DS Zelda title, Im going to go buy it tomorrow.

Post by: ZeroKirbyX on October 06, 2007, 02:59:38 PM: Dude, that part is so easy. Shotgun + Red9 + lots of incendiary grenades. Couple grenades at the top of the stairs when they come up, shot gun when they're on a ladder and Red9 to the face when they're too close. The only thing that makes it too difficult is when you get a plaga popping out. Even then it should only take a few Red9 shots.

Post by: Apex on October 06, 2007, 05:55:11 PM: I "have" it, so far I have only beaten the first dungeon, I didn't notice the bosses horns on the top screen for like five minutes, I felt stupid at that point. I just beat the Cloister of the Dead and Enuo on FFVadvance so I'll play it a bit more.

Pretty gay game, but I still play it. It's difficulty is so random...

EDIT - As for that stupid house in RE4, just push **** in front of the windows, pick up whatever, then run upstairs. This wastes like... 3 of the 6 minutes you have to survive. Shotgun and gernade (Flash gernades finally have a good use here... if you bothered to save any)... and yeah.

Um... yea. It is. It's quite clear that it's a sequel to wind waker. Aside from the obvious story at the beginning to tell what happened in WW... the graphics are the same... and it's been said... many times that it's WW's sequel (don't want to call it WW2 though:P)
