I happened to look through today's newspaper (an oddity, for sure) and I happened to see an article about this legend, and it reported that he had died. Unexpectedly, it was of natural causes (I don't know who saw that twist a-comin', but that's how it's been reported), and I'm sure it's got a specific reaction from most people. Here's to the legend, and here's where you can express your grief/joy/opinion of some sort.
My song of the day: Pink Floyd - Shine on You Crazy Diamond (1-9)

Rest in peace daredevil.

I heard about this a few days ago. Evel is cool, but I'm kinda mad about him suing Kanye West for parodying his jumps.
-
A few days ago? He died yesterday! Do you live in some kind of future dimension?
-
Really? I could've sworn I say an ESPN report on Thursday. Wierd... <_<

Here's one for me...

And here's one for mah homies...
*Pours drink on flaming motorcycle*
R.I.P. Evel.

He was epic...
To Evel *drinks... the nearest drinkable drink*
EDIT: In unrelated news, I'm on a semi-crappy lap top! :D
In more unrelated news, holy crap Archem has a colored name now @.@

Yeah. Zeek's to be thanked for that.

Wow.... natural causes? That's amusing.
I saw an article in my paper, too.... I thought for sure his bike exploded or something.
-
Meh.

Dude who grabbed his bike and jumped above things with it.
I think Ghost Rider was based on him.

It's pretty cool that he died of natural causes really. It's like victory for him. He never made a fatal mistake.
-
It actually sucks he died of natural causes. If I were him and I knew I were going to die in a few days, I would have tried a nearly impossible stunt. If I didn't make it, I would go out with a bang, doing something I love, and if I did make it, HOLY ****, just accomplished something big.

Evel Kenievel was the first--and only?--man to jump the Grand Canyon in a motorcycle.
Rest in Peace, dude. *devilhorns* Rest in peace.
