What's Maui Mallard in Cold Shadow?
And I think Ecco was a Genesis game (could be wrong).
Some of the less obvious-
E.V.O. Search for Eden- Wierd dinosaur platformer where you choose how you evolve
Seiken Denetsu 3- Secret of Mana 2
Mario Paint- Mario, Paint. Duh.
Pilotwings- Fun little flight sim.
Tales of Phantasia- A fun RPG with a cool battle system
Super Star Wars- Run and gun/slash platformer with vehicles.
Secret of Evermore- NOT a sequel to SoM, but very similar style.
Romancing Saga 3- Square Soft flavoured gold.
Harvest Moon- Farm, farm, farm, eat, farm, farm, get a girl, farm, farm
Bahamut Lagoon- Tactics RPG.

I owned a Genesis longer than a SNES, though, so my scope is pretty limited.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.
No debate. And Super Metroid came in a close second. And Mario Paint was kickin'. But I couldn't get into Earthbound. It just didn't work out with me. Mostly hated the music and didn't fancy the battle system, but something else about it left a sour taste in my mouth.
-
Strange taste Eh? Sounds like you have a case of- NEW AGE RETRO HIPPY!!!!! >:
-
Hobo king....guy scares me...
Speaking of things that scare me, some how I managed to forget putting down Secret of Mana.

Oh-ho-ho! There was a guy that was foolish enough to suggest that I was a hippy in the the past.
We haven't seen or heard from him in quite a while...

I believe I called you a hippy at some point.

Hey, you're still alive! Haha! I'll be needing to make a phone call later on. SOMEONE didn't do their job properly and thoroughly...
But in the meantime:
ZEEK!
