Title: Moving Characters

When I press the arrow keys to move my character in RPG Maker XP, the character spins in all directions while moving in the direction of the arrow. How do I make it walk normally?

You put together the character set wrong.  Walking animation is put together horizontally, the different directions are set up vertically.  I'll let someone else try to explain it because I have homework. >.>

Character sets made in the generator need to be edited to work in XP.  I started a tutorial a while about it, let me find it...

Use your browser's find option and type 6.0 to get to it easily.
