Title: first charset made from scratch

It's my first char set hows the shading and everything
I tried to make a face set but I just can't make facesets.
can you guys tell me if it sucks?
and yes i know his hair kinda looks like Clouds from
FF7 but I made it like that by accident and then I was just to
lazy to redraw it again for all them so i was like ah screw it.

completley made from 100% scratch and help of A tutorial.

You shouldn't save sprites as Jpeg because it then makes them unusable (messes around with it, adding shades and colours and stuff).

The second one is interesting. Looks like you've got a different style going there.
