"KwwrpgII" was created solely for KWRPGII, and any related games or fangames within its community.
In the words of one of those members:
"Stolen from an original RPG without the consent of the actual artist who worked on them. Because they certainly do no approve of freely distributing their custom resources outside of their own communities. It happens often - really - but this is just a 'no' to have it up like this, ah?"

"Orange fight" - exactly the same as "WA5 Matching System 2" slightly below. But because it's exactly the same, I suspect the submitter may have made an error.
And now for something off topic:
"You last visited: May 8, 2005, 10:35 pm" ... I totally forgot about this place. I've really only remembered when I spotted the submitted faceset. ^^;

There's also bases made by the same person submitted but he - Kirby Warrior - has been credited, and since they are bases, this is as far as I'm aware, fine.
