Also, I have the problem with also finding a MIDI to use for the background as I couldn't find a MIDI of He Mele No Lilo (A Song For Lilo) anywhere. But I did find the Aloha Oi MIDI and probably going to have to use that instead. If any could help me, please let me know.

Oh sorry, I said in MIDI format as in .mid since that is the only format that RPG Maker 2000 would take for bg music.
And as for the CharSet, that is pretty good, I like it. I was going to say that it needs a little bit of touch up such as her eyes should be brown. And she was supposed to have blue sandals, but that isn't much of a deal because I don't expect that to be possible on something that small anyway. Other than that, I do like it. Thank you very much, I'll make sure that you are credited on it if you want.

i did it as a wav it play ok in Windows Media Player
but its not working in the game maker 2000?
the only way it work is in rpg maker2003 as a mp3
i see if my works pc can do it in to wav
im not going to stop
i will see if i can get it working for you

Alright, that is too bad, but I have went and tried the LiloNStitch AlohaOi.midi that I have in RPG Maker 2000 to test it, and at first I had no sound anywhere in RPG Maker 2000 and I was like WTH. So, I ended up rebooting my computer and started RPG Maker 2000 and still no sound, so I shut it down and then started Windows Media Player by running another .midi from somewhere else and then started RPG Maker 2000 to get the sound working in it again and had to stop what is playing in Windows Media Play to hear the sound in RPG Maker 2000 right. Then I went to try LiloNStitch AlohaOi.mid in it and it seemed to work. And I also went to put it on the map and it seems to play okay when you are on the map that it is set on as the BGM. So, I guess that I'll just have to use that instead with the CharSet you did for me.
