Title: 8-bit Faceset artist needed!

So.... im looking for a faceset artist. But its a bit of a... special request. I need the facesets in Megaman style (see enclosed pic) with an 8-bit sorta pallete (NES). Show me your skills by doing this guy and i'll choose whoever does it best.....
