It's okay to take sprites from a sheet and make a battlechar out of them, and I guess it's still kinda your work, but that dead pose is incredibly bad :p You didn't even remove the shadow from it so it's painfully obvious that the thing just flips upside down XD

Also, you've saved it as a Jpeg so it probably won't be accepted by rpgmaker. You need to save it as a 256 colour bitmap.
