For Charas to work in RPGMaker VX, they need to have a transparent background.  Is there an easy way to give my charsets a transperant background, or do I need to do it by hand?

I already know I'm going to need to resize this guy to get him to work, but I was wondering if there was a way to give the sheet a transparent background without hurting my brain.

when importing, click the background of the charset.  (I think so, i don't have it, but thats how all of them have worked so far...)
