What to you all use to make stuff like lucas's running with is pokemon and the stuff like that... Do you have to buy it or something? cuz i want to make some emotes and gifs of my own

PS: i cant search my search engine is broken on my computer... data wise, not literally snapped in half... -.-

go to google, and search there. Google is not broken. If you can acess Charas, you can access a search engine

I mean my search engines dont work at all... Only website searches work like dictionary search and charas work but google and msn and all of them cant load, it just shows the connecting circle on the tab list till you exit out...
