Thanks for the help so far guys. This next question might not be RPG Maker related but....

Im trying to record some of the gameplay of RPG Maker with CamStudio, but the sounds doesn't come out. How do you make the sounds come out?

Also, could there be a better recorder than CamStudio?

Hmm I dunno about camStudio i've never used it you could try Fraps it works on rpg maker 2003 when you test play so in theory it should work on XP:

Click "Options" and make sure "Record audio from speakers" is checked.
