Title: AM I doing this right?

So, I chose to have all the posts in the PHP forum marked read, but on the main forum page, it still says there is a new post.  Do I have to do it again on the main page?

No, I've been having similar troubles across the forum. I have no clue why, either. :\

I DO know that, unlike the PUB, SMF will not mark every post read after a visit even if you haven't read every post.
