Title: Hair recolor plzzz and how do you upload the pic into this post?

I'm finding it impossible to recolor this girls hair (surprise, surprise) so after hours of failure and disappointment, I am forced to beg for your help (once again). It's actually simple: all I'm asking you is to change this girl's black hair to a pink colour the same to/very similar shade to the woman next to her.
 
So pleeaaasseee someone, anyone help me before I go insane and tear all my hair out. Plz, plz, plz, plz, plz help me. (I think that if I had photoshop, I would not be such a noob and be asking you talented guys to help a poor kid like me. What do you use to recolor your stuff anyway? I can only afford free programs like Ultimate Paint...)
 
Uuuhhh... I have another problem that I just realized. How do I upload the pic into this post because I haven't been on here for a while and things have changed. I can see an insert image sign but when I click on it, only this comes up: (http://) <-- I think that you're supposed to do something with that.
 
Yeah thanks. Sorry about the really looong post for those who dont like reading. I guess I'm just lonely after being cooped up in the house and studying -- I am such a geek (but I really need to past exams)-- for the holidays. Yeah. Plz help.

Host it on imageshack and use the IMG bars.

Huh? I have no idea what you just said. Whats imageshack? Whats an IMG bars and how do you use it? (I feel so blonde right now).

Use an image hosting service like Photobucket, or Imageshack.

After uploading it, you will be given a URL for your picture.

Use the Image button in reply mode, and copy paste your URL into the image tag

It will look sort of like this [ I M G ] blahblahblah [ / I M G ]

'THIS IMAGE OR VIDEO HAS BEEN MOVED OR DELETED'.

Rehost the picture and do the same thing, that might help.
