I need to find the download link to it or put it up for download myself.

Facemaker PL. It was made using rm2k or 2k3, i can't remember. Neat to find it on a site like that though. =/.

Vlad pretty much beat me to it. And the RPG Maker one is definitely better. It has all those things Vlad mentioned.
