Title: School
Post by: coasterkrazy on September 20, 2008, 02:03:48 PM
So, I remember this topic being made a couple years back. It was about school starting and talking about classes, and even though I'm kinda late, I thought it was a cool thread. (And for those of you in other parts of the world who are about to finish school, talk about the upcoming or ending year, I don't really know. :P)

Anyway, I'm a freshman in college this year (crazy how long I've been here, considering I joined right after my first year of high school). I'm taking:

UNIV 101 - First Year Seminar deal
CHEM 101 - Bleh, Chem I, never again after this term, when I begin Physics
SE 101 - Foundations of Software Engineering I, yay something actually related to my major
MATH 123 - Calc III, kill me quickly and painlessly now
JAPN 101 - Japanese I, woo so excited I'm getting to do this

So how about you?

I've graduated and passed the first phase of the law practice license test. There's a second one, where the questions are discursive and there is a practical case to be resolved.

Please, pray for me okay?

COASTER: Japanese, nice!

I'm taking Spanish, but it's not really doing much for me.  I could pretty much teach that class by now, and it would be a lot more interesting.  Conquistadors would be mentioned on more than one occasion per class.

Well, spanish is a good language to get girls. Give em some Antonio Banderas acting and you'll get as laid as one can get...

It is dude...It's a exam in which you need to prove that you actually KNOW every single law in your country...I got 64/100 in the first phase, which is actually good and enough to the 2nd one...

Tnks for the good luck wishing!

I've just moved into this house far from my family with no-one I know. My university is 5 minutes away. The moose is finally striking out on his own, so to speak.

I'm taking game design. Cliche'?

Cello, 3rd chair
It's interesting when full size cellos aren't big enough for you
I hate being 6'3"
