Title: What the Hiel...

(http://img137.imageshack.us/img137/3315/wtfmc8.jpg) I keep seeing this every so often when browsing through Charas, and I have no idea why. It's only Charas, too. Is there some massive problem with the sight* that we've all been overlooking*?
