I tried submit a Charaset two times and this is the result.

I chose the Charaset section, but I think the section does not work.
I chose a Charaset before submit it, but I can not see my charaset in this result.
I think there is a problem with the submission, I tried submit my Charaset with Firefox and IE, I got the same result with both browsers, something does not work.
EDIT: That charaset has been submited two times.

Can somebody delete one of these two, please?
Delete the outdated version of this charaset, please.
