Title: I need a editing job done, can you help?

I  need some help with a graphic. I could use a hat sprite for the character bellow those pics (the guy in the blue coat). I also need some one to edit the  bigger sprite to look like the smaller character. I have provided some art to help with the editing. Please can somone help me with this?

Yes for the hat, but no for  the dude. I need the dude to look like the one you just did. Thanks though.
