NEOLITH ADD ON STORIES PACK 1

The events that may follow before, or after the events of Neolith.

SHORT STORY ONE: ACOLYTE

STORY


The rooftops were our only safe ground now, the hospital had been overrun by a horde of
Omni, and they're closing in on us.

It was just an Idea that expanded into this, so it'll be confusing until you actually play the game.

Let me simplify it:

North America is in war with Europe, europe calls in aliens and they betray europe, europe leaves to space,north america follows.The ships
are both damaged by the aliens, new unknown species are infesting the NA ships. There.

It sounds pretty cool, just make sure you have reasons for there being a war and why England has connections with Aliens and all. But yeah as long as theres no 'gaps' in the story, this should turn out pretty well :)

I didn't mean that it was confusing for me; I meant that it would make for a confusing game if you're not careful. Explaining that the aliens infecting the ship are different from the other aliens, for example, might be harder to write than you think. Just warning you. I made a game once with several different warring factions and it felt cluttered and unfocused.

Well you would need to have multiple endings and choices for the hero to make and that's alot of coding. It all depends on how serious you are about this game.

Well, I'm pretty serious about the storyline and the gameplay so... I'll just seperate them. One game is with the UNA with the other GEN (Great England Nation(I know it doesnt make any sense!) (United North America))

I think it looks okay, however i'd like to see held by the character. Since somtimes a weapon looks good by itself, but when it's in the characters hands? No so good.

Multiplayer Possibilities in this game are growing since I have learned much more about variables. I might just make this game multiplayer only since the possibilites are very high...So I'll release a single player version and a Muiltiplayer version.

lol, I didnt want to exactly copy Gears Of War so I made my own mod to it.
A short demo may be released, but no date for it has been set. So just
check back frequently, the story is updated very often.

one of these you get an reward, it could be a new gun, or maybe even a new character/teammate.

You can narrate it all you want, good idea.
But Many people tend to play these games with the sound low or off, because RTP and rpgmaker games in general tend to have crap sound balance.

Dont make excuses, just take the crit like a man. I meant it as good advice.

worries. These journal entries are there for the purpose of letting you gain rewards without
doing a bunch of complex things.(Which doesn't sound like a bad idea at all...)

that's also a good thing, because survival games are my favorite, and the
way the atmosphere in the game is already will make this survival/horror game

items, and much more using materials that can be found
deep within the caves. When your teammates get injured,
you can easily revive them with the medicines that you can
make. The possibilities are almost endless!

Emotions

Since your team's pod won't be the only pods landing, if you
find other teams that are also stranded, you can recruit them
and let them help you search for materials, or keep your player's
emotions in check. Your player has certain needs, such as food,
love, shower, and company(friends). If your player is in a

I laughed at this since the searching system in Aftermatch is identical to the looting in Sprite for life.

Almost every survival horror game out there has a search system. That would be like me making an rpg and someone saying "I noticed that your chest system is identical to mine. Did you look at mine and decide you liked it??????"

It looks like you're busting your *** on this project and it's showing.  I think it looks really good man and I will check this out when you get a demo out.  Only thing that I see that's an eye-sore is the status of your character taking up 30% of the screen.  Is there anyway to remove it?
Besides that this game looks promising and keep up the good work dude.

Remember you can't please the world no matter how hard you try.  I have had people worship Aftermath and some bash on it.  Saying **** like the intro is boring *rolls eyes* How could a friggin nuke be boring? You just have to ignore some people because they will always try to bash your game.  Yes, these games take forever to make man.  It's amazing how clueless most people are when they complain about every little thing.. You just want to tell them "Go ahead and make a better game and post it please."  Oh, you know that game would be bashed by you because of their disrespect earlier.

I'm taking a break to get a little more familiar with RPG Maker 2003 because
I want this game to be something people will remember, so to make it that way
I need to be able to understand RPG Maker fully and push it to it's limits.

I will though continue to work on this game until i feel that it's fit to be released, but
alas; my time is running short and scripting is a problem; so I've just decided to take
some time away from the game and gather my team again. And hopefully complete this
game.
