Title: I need someone who can make templates of sprite sheets.

Can someone make some templates for me, it's about the SNES sprites of Final Fantasy IV.

No no, I mean those charsets, green background thingie with the sprites on it so that you can use them in rpg maker.

I need those of all FFIV NPC's, and I prefer the SNES ones.

So you want a charset template for FFIV?

Can't you just copy-paste the NPCs on top of the ones in the complete resources? I'm pretty sure it would work.

Search for existing charsets(I'll just assume that's what you want) in our complete resource.
Download a working charset.

Find the sprites you want. Try spritersresource or drshnaps, they probably got a lot of sprites.
Download them as well.

Open the charset in paint.
Open the sprite sheet in paint.

1.Copy the sprite from the sprite sheet.

2.Paste the sprite into the charset file.

3.If the background is visible do this:
Else: skip to 4.
3a. use that tool that allows you to "take" a colour, so Right-click on the background colour of the spritesheet so it shows in the "lower colour box", the standar is black as the upper(left click) and white as the lower(right click) so just change the shite into the sprites' background.
3b. Redo the pasting of the sprite(so it's not in there) the colour stealing will still remain.
3c. Paste the sprtie once more and check the toolbar to the left. There are two options, chose the lower one and the lower colour(right-click colour) will become transparent when you import it.

4. Place the sprite above the charset's current sprites( the charset's walking up will be replaced with the spritesheet's walking up when you're finished) using your accuracy. Really, it's not that hard as it sounds.

5.When all the previous sprites in the charset have been replaced with the new ones from the spritesheet: save it under a new name.

6. That should be it, complete.

Give it a try, practice makes perfect.

post up the name's of one's you need
i make them in to charasets for you if you like

Wow, thanks alot!

If you don't mind, can you make charsets of all NPC's? It's easier if one person makes it all in the same style
it's also alot easier for the credits.

just let me know what you think, I've got all the sprite sheets you'll need, uploaded on photobucket.
