Why do my resources never get on the complete resources section?

Hi, I registered some time ago, but never posted. I have a question, why my resources do never get to the complete resources section? Do you have to post, or something like that? It says, "the uploader team gonna blablabla", but the resources NEVER get there. What's happening?
