Title: Wanna get Creative?

Ok i've been out of the creation game for quite some time but i'm back and in need of a sprite. It needs to be made for 2K3 other than that i have only one request. It needs to be a guy with blue hair style doesn't matter. I don't care what the end product looks like long as it has the blue hair. So get creative. Please and thank you

If you don't car eabout anything but hair color, maybe the generator is the best bet.
