I need some answers by the end of the day.
What challenges do organisms face in the abyssal plains?
What producers/consumers are in the abyssal plains?
-
Answer "C" on everything.
That's how I passes 6th grade.

Sounds like something from Magic: The Gathering.
Abyssal Plain (3 white mana) (enchant terrain)
While Abyssal Plains is on field, all Organisms on field receive +3/-1
"Welcome to the Abyssal Plains. We got a lot of producers/consumers over here."

Hmmm... I passed my Biology exam with an 8.2 / 10, but it was in Dutch. Are Abyssal Plains the starting plains for new organisms? If so, I remember that the challenges new organisms had was that there was little diversity in different species and that the soil isn't perfect.

Take his advice, trust me. You'll never regret it.

It's a project. Not multiple choice.
The abyssal plain is the flat part of the ocean, where water is at it's darkest and coldest. Where water has the most pressure, so basicly the ocean floor.
...and, Uber, haven't seen you in a while.

Ah, didn't discuss the sea in my Biology classes. Try Wikipedia.

I hope you passed,
All you have to so is play the first level of spore.

Now it's due on Monday.

One major challenge is the fact that all animals that deep are blind... with the exception of some select few animals who self-produce their own light.
Varying temperature is another one. Since a place that deep is bound to be close to some volcanic springs, there's a great deal of hot spots laying around the cold depths.
A lesser note is the fact that some of earths sulfer compounds are exclusive to those areas, meaning that only certain types of bacteria reside in the area. These bacterium are known for being able to devour certain viruses, but it is difficult to run tests on them due to their location and harsh ecosystem.
These are things off the top of my head that I know from my past bio classes... how they help sorta.

Got an A for the intertidal zone. So screw this topic!
