Title: Blank sets

I want to make my own chipsets, charsets, and characters. But I need a blank set maybe with lines so it will fit evenly in ten game? What should I do?

Make a square. 16 by 16 pixels. Copy paste it a bunch of times in different colors. Done

Can i ask anyone to make a set woth lines and blank inisde so I can get drawing in it? I want to make items and such. And chipsets. How do those work?

In the second post, there's a 'templates' spoiler. Click on it to be revealed probably every template you'll ever need for RM2k3. You're going to have to copy and paste them, though -- Instead of saving them or something, because they're in 256 colors, meaning anything you add to it will change it's colors to match the ones already there.

Or you could judt open it in paint and save it as a full color bmp.

Or you could copy and paste it in Paint and save it as a png. It's a hundred times faster... >_>
