This is a Mugen Character im putting together. This character is based off a Character from my Dude the Super Fighter Comic (http://www.charas-project.net/forum/index.php?topic=25038.0)
About Dark Shadow
Technically a Dark Shadow is a Creature from the World ive Created. Their body is soft like putty but can become very hard at will, allowing them an almost Blob-like morphing ability. They have the ability to manipulate shadows as well as move between Shadows. Dark Shadows Populate the "Under-Depths" which is an endless labyrnth of under-ground tunnels that span the entire Planet. Dark Shadows are Classified as Demons because they come from the Under-Depths. Dark Shadows Speak telepathically and have 2 Red eyes which are sometimes the only way you can see them. They are vicious and have no Emotions.

LP - Jab
MP - Splash Pound
HP - Spike Punch
LK - Tentacle Poke
MK - Low Swipe
HK - Chomping Shadow
Special Move List (Special Moves still in progress, This list is not complete!!)
Shadow Blob - [D, DF, F, LP] (Proj) Throw a Black Blob a medium distance that can stun the opponent for a short duration.
Vaccum Ball - [D, DF, F, MP] (Proj) Create a Slow moving Ball that moves across the screen. Enemies hit are pulled towards your Fighter and stunned for a short duration.
Shadow Swirl - [D, DF, F, HP] (Proj) Fire a Shadowy Swirl that deals damage and pushes opponent away to screen edge. 3 Hits
Shadowport L - [D, DB, B, LK] Teleport to the Left side of the Screen.
Shadowport R - [D, DB, B, MK] Teleport to the Right side of the Screen.
Rush Cutter - [~B, F, HP] Rush forwards making 3 attacks w/ Sword-like arm.
Shadow Swipe - [B, F, LP] An attack that appears behind the target and slashes them. Low Damage, Blockable. Fairly Avoidable if your paying attention.
Consume Shadows - [D, D, HP] Heal yourself slightly over time. The Longer you can use this move un-interrupted the more you heal.

Basically its a fighting game with every single fighter in the entire world.
That isn't really what it is.
MUGEN is a fighting game designer which you can use to make fighting games. Most popularly, and what you have downloaded by all evidence, it is downloaded in the form of crazy "mash-up" games people create with multiple fighters from well-known video games. Seeing as the actual design engine and the game files are identical, it does blur the line somewhat between being a game and a game designer.
The character seems to lack a bit of depth. Although perhaps that was intentional, ho ho ho.

Yes. That is your character select screen. I have an RPG maker game about mice overthrowing their squirrel oppressors. That doesn't make RPG Maker a game about mice and squirrels, now, does it?

This character is far from completion and mainly a test of possibilities.

I started this character way back. When i started to actually put it together something wasnt working. It was really frustrating and i Gave up, F this i said. I randomly went back to it the other day and figured out what was wrong.
Now that its working ive started back into full production to get this character finished.
Several New animations added to Page 1 also some information about The Dark Shadow.

Not a terrific fan of the "art", but it's pretty interesting.

The Dark Shadow Character has a fairly basic design. Because of his simple design its easier to mass produce his animations. To have a fully finished Fighter your looking about anywhere from 400-500 drawings. Also his basic design caters better to my skill level, because im pretty bad at shading and im even worse at making humanoid characters (like say ryu or ken).
When all is said and done ill be pretty happy to fight with my character or against my character :D
ALSO: If anyone else is interested... if you want to animate out yourself a character i would be willing to put it together and code it all. But keep in mind this requires quite a bit of drawings to have a complete character. The character you make can also be as simple or complex as you want... technically he can only have a single punch attack if you wanted, although i wouldnt recommend lol.
But ya if anyone is interested let me know and ill send you a list of the required/optional animations.
