could anyone help me with some battle sprites for the rpg2003 for these characters?

Dude. You want 18 battle chars. How can you even think that anyone would do that for you?
Most of those are just edits of the RTP heroes so you could probably do it yourself by using the copy/paste tool in microsoft paint. And of course some recolours.

This is too much for someone we don't know at all.
