Title: Res or Fall

Res or Fall is a MMORPG created by my  friend Gency. It is built with the Eclipse engine but incorporates RMXP tileset graphics.

Gency is regularly updating the game. The news page on the front screen will tell you if there any updates. Maps are updated automatically, so no need to redownload a map. When ingame, if you have any suggestions for the game, please pass them onto me and then i'll contact him. :D

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Click the link above to download the client.

2. Unzip the install from the .zip file by right clicking, and hitting EXTRACT.

3. Run the .exe file.

4. After install, run Res or Fall icon on your desktop.

5. Navigate to C:/ProgramFiles/Res or Fall/

6. Look for Run First.exe.

7. Double click it, follow install instructions.

8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 with another file called Run Second.exe, and another file called Run Third.bat.

9. If the game continues not to work, try doing steps 5-8 again until it does. Sometimes the VB files have trouble installing.

Then once it loads up click IPCONFIG. Change IP to  resorfall.no-ip.biz . Then change port to 4000.

odd. Usually there should not be errors. Have you ran the First, Second and Third programs? (whats the error msg too)

This is the one of biggest problems i have with Indipendent MMOs, and i see it here too. The mapping is bland as hell. Look at any commercial MMO, like WoW or Guild Wars. The mapping is interesting and visually stimulating. This isnt.
