Title: Charset Fix

BRO! okay so yeah hi and stuff.. I couldn't get 2003 to work for me and gave up and saw this vx crap and was like OMFG THIS THING PWNS AND SUCKS AT THE SAME TIME!! ILL TAKE IT!!

Anyways... I had some dude make this and he did a nice job and all but i think it's a few pixels off and the cap is a little wide if someone is willing to fix this for me I'll love you forever.
I'd ask the guy but he's a busy sprite maker.

and this isn't something I just have to have but if someone can change this dudes hair to blue (green hair guy) and make a few emotions that would be awesome..
like, angry, sad, ect...

As for the faces, I tend to get color tint wrong, so tell which is the best for your character before I move on. (I'll fix the border after you pick a shade.)
