i would like to know of a text to voice software that makes voices that have emotion
and i am happy to help with any rpg maker 2003 based questions

I'm afraid you won't have an easy time finding a program that does voices with emotions. After all, the program can't feel emotions. I just think they pronounce the letters written in the text box.

It would be better to gather some people around a mic and go for it that way. Everyone record their lines and you import them.

There may be a program to change your voice, so you could possibly voice several different characters without having to drag eight of your closest friends to the mic. I don't really know what I'm talking about, but it's just a thought.

Those are probably programs you have to pay for though.
I mean not even Adobe Audition got enough tools to edit a voice unless you want to have three characters: You, Darth Vader and a chipmunk.
And adobe audition isn't very free. Need some serious software for that.
