So for RM2k3?

vgmusic.com has alot of good videogame rips (.midi)
The CR has a lot of quality songs... in case you didn't check (.midi)
ocremix.org has a lot of remixes of various videogame songs (.mp3 most likely)
various torrent sites, like thepiratebay.org, if you can/want to do it with torrents

i don't know if menoo.net/ is illegal music downloads but
i used them for 3 years know its up to the user at the end of the day
that's how i look at it some music is hard to find in this day and age
