can any one make me a modern city chipset with side walks and buildings and stuff and if you can another chip set as a more gettow looking area

Chipsets are very hard to make and require a huge time investment. I think you're better off looking for one that's already made, honestly, or making one yourself.

Find Theo's Chips. He made lots of modern chipsets. I think Bluhman used em in the alpha force.

the only City chipsets if you find some one that can make you
up a chipset by use of the thing's posted you have your city in no time
