Title: Need help with sprites

Hey, im new to this sight so i don't know how im supposed to ask, but i need help with my sprites, i have a side view battle system and for my battlelers i can use a normal sprite sheet, some of them work yet some of them dont, also, how do i get 3x8 sprite sheets to work? i can only use 4x4

All the 1ns that came with it work fine, but the one's i put in it  just have a giant sprite sheet for characters when i get into a battle D:

What maker are you using?

Can you post some screenshots of the result?
Can you post the battlers you're trying to use?
