Title: Passing/Block Issue Rm2k
Post by: RoninSensai on May 20, 2009, 03:37:57 PM
In RPG Maker 2000...I am having an issue. I have the walls and other things set to block in the chipset, but the character can still walk over them? WTF? It might just be that chipset, but thats really odd.

What kind of second layer do you have?
If the transparent blocks(standard) are set on "under hero"(circle) instead of "Above hero"(the star) you will be able to travel across anything that isn't an event.

I think thats the issue cuz all of the other chipsets work fine. And that one is kinda buggy, so I will just try another one. But thanks for letting me know that in case something else happens in the future.

You can change it in the database. No biggie.

Chipsets are just images. The only problem would be you or the program, which is unlikely.
