Title: Battle Charsets not appearing.

I have recently become obsessed with rpg2k3 and have began downloading various resources.  I have met with limited success, however.  All of the battle charsets I have downloaded, added and imported do not appear in my drop down list of available battle animations.  Am I missing something here?

You need to go to "Animations 2" and create the actual battleset.
The easiest way is to change an existing one or increase the size(array size) and create a new blank one.
Simply go to the second tab "Poses" and click "Set" to choose the animation for the pose.
Choose the pose you want from the battlecharset you downloaded and it will appear.

When you are done in "Animations 2" - go to "Hero" or "Class"(depending on your game) and choose the new battleset you just compiled.

PRPL is right. Importing the image isn't enough. You have to set up the actual animations for the battlechars. It isn't automatic.
