Can you use rpg maker XP tilesets in VX if not does anyone know where i can find VX tile sets i feel kinda limited

No.

VX sets are hard to find.  And you are limited to just the number of tabs available in the map editor.  Sorry. =/

That's the only reason I can't stand VX. Other than that it's a fairly capable program, but RM2k3 is still my favorite.

I've already done alot of work on vx almost have a playable demo if its any good and i make another game i will prob use xp or 2k3
