...And it looks absolutely amazing. I'm scared at the quality, especially since it's an independent game.

True.
-
I have a sudden urge to vomit.
-
Why's that?
-
Such a short video and already I can tell that this is a Chains of Olympus case. All flashy effect, no game.
-
Uh...what is up with his running animation?
Also, "Flavoured Dirt" .......what?!
-
Yeah, I commented on the running animation in the YouTube link. It's a bit funky.
-
It looks promising overall, the traditional usage of animated sprites wins some points with me and I must say I'm a sucker for the cutesy style, it reminds me some of Atelier Iris and such games, though somewhat smoother. The fighting system reminds me some of a 2D Raidou mixed with some KH. Overall I must say I'm impressed and look forward to seeing more. The genre... it seems to be a form of Action RPG.
-
So is it made by furries or does it just have furry characters because there's no big deal about the latter.
The former would imply everything about was completely incompetent.
-
I think it looks brilliant. The combat looks beautiful, i love the visual style, and with all the shiny bars and counters everywhere it looks like its not just pretty, but has some depth to it.
DON'T SHOOT!
-
Wow. That animation style is beautiful. It's like a disney movie without the undercurrent of secret evil.
And hell, if anthropomorphic animals in videogames is wrong, then I don't (http://thewarmcoffee.files.wordpress.com/2009/02/bgae_peyj.jpg) wanna (http://geek-tastic.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/fox-mccloud.jpg) be (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/7/7f/BOF2_cast.PNG) right. I'm in the mood for a solid action game. This is going to be on the 360? Myes?

I feel bad. I've never played any of those and don't know the names of the last two.
We also forget Sonic, even before Sega dishonored his name, was a furry.
-
don't know the names of the last two.
Breath of Fire 2 and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
-
Antro? Isn't that some Mexican night club?
-
But you said "antro" not "anthro". :P
Still, it looks promising.
-
Ain't it ironic that "Anthro" actually means "Human"? only the long form, Anthromorphic, makes any sense. Furry is the only term i really use.

True, and anthropomorphic is a mouthful. I have a few alternate terms that encompass the non fur bearing types.
-
I've heard "scalies" used before.
what are the others?
-
... *facepalm*
But seriously, I mainly use the terms: beast, beast-human, and on rare occasions zoan/zoanthrope which can refer to any human taking on animal characteristics or animals taking human characteristics as far as I've seen it used.
Overall, I'm interested in seeing the finished product.
-
So is it made by furries or does it just have furry characters
Both.
-
This looks kinda boring, honestly.
Gorgeous, but boring.
-
Looks pretty good. But I don't have a 360 so I couldn't get it anyways. :P
-
I dont have a 360 either but its worth convincing a friend to get so i could try it out.
-
the title of this is stupid.
Furries have been making games since the birth of gaming.
And before that, Anthropomorphizing was pretty common with the whole childrens entertainment thing.
Its a generic platformer. Its not particularly impressive. Seems to have a decent engine.
-

He's a bit light on his feet for a cloaked badass.
Still, the animation is slick and fluid, even if the teaser is kind of poorly put together. Also, the title logo looks a mite unprofessional.
-
That's true, but since it's an XNA game, I can easily overlook that. I only complained about the running animation because every other animation was so incredibly smooth and professional.
-
I agree about the walking animation. It does not look remotely realistic and does look like the character's gliding more than he is running.
Other than that, this game looks amazing. It's almost hard for me to believe that this is an independent game, as it looks very professional. It's quite fur-tastic.
-
It sort of looks like he's stumbling forward very... Lightly and gracefully? Looks great otherwise. Of course, I'm never going to get an X-box, so I won't be playing this one.
And at first glance, I thought the protagonist wasn't wearing pants. I wouldn't have been surprised if he weren't... Or maybe I would. I don't know.

he's wearing pants >> and The graphics and flashes looks like they would give anyone a seisure.
I wonder if this game will turn out to be like pink floyd's the wall........best viewed on acid.
But the combat and gameplay still looks fun.
