i think this one deserves a sticky, for all the times pixel art is referenced, but no solid set of rules is given.

I don't think it should be stickied, since the other stickies apply to pretty much everything rather than "Here's a good tutorial on (one specific subject)."

So instead, I edited it into Ghostclown's sticky.
