Title: HELP!!! Chipsets Dont appear!! can't create custom maps!

Okay so i downloaded the Harvest moon resources from blue cup (thank you awesome job :Plight:)
But after i import them into RPGmaker i can't select them to create a map! only the defaults are available to use, what went wrong???

Have you gone to the database and to the tab "tileset" and imported it there and set passability and all?
