Okay here's a game to make.
It's about Link teaming up with Mario, Kirby and Pikachu to save the world from the combined forces of Ganondorf, Sephiroth, Dr evil, the Guitar hero god, dark matter and Ansem.
The good guys get help from Sonic, Megaman and Ichigo. They are great warriors who are busy helping their countries from the evil Black Death- a digital virus released by Ansem that destroys peoples minds and turn them into mindless zombies/robots.
Pikachu's trainer gets affected by this and Pikachu have to kill him for all the good reasons. He turns a bit emo on that part but joins the heroes to stop the evil people who made it happen.
Link proposed to zelda and the king let him marry her. But the day before the wedding Link is turned into child link by ganondorf and needs the triforce to become an adult again so he can marry princess zelda. He have the courage but will it be enough?
Mario on the other hand need to stop the evil people because Luigi got infected by the black death, he is locked into the basement together with zombie yoshi, toad, toadette, toadsworth and wario.
He seeks the recipe for the cure of the black death so he can save his friends.
Kirby seeks heroic deeds(like Conan the barbarian) and enters the world filled with evil and unjust. He decides that he should cleanse that world from the evil and maybe become king one day.

Throughout the game the heroes will encounter most of the awesome videogame characters and also some movie people like Luke skywalker and Indiana jones.
They have to get the three pieces of the tri-force to beat ganondorf(who turns into ganon) and steal the black key from him.
The black key opens the doors to the temple of water, fire, wind and earth where they have to collect the crystals. The crystals are used to stop Sephiroths evil plan and twart his meteor.
Sephiroth dies but tries to take the world with him, this makes Dark Matters protective shield weak and the heroes are able to get inside the Mirror Dimension where he is hiding with the controls to Ansems airship.
I think you can come up with the rest yourself.
