I'm trying to buy chrono trigger for the snes and its freakin' expensive anybody know where i can get a cheaper copy?
-
I don't think you could get a cheaper copy unless you bought the PS1 or DS version, to be honest.
-
I know where you can get a real cheap copy.
Search "Chrono Trigger SNES Rom" and download away, no shipping or handling.
-
You criminal!
-
Dude, get a DS and buy the Ds version.
Or simply download the ROM.
I'm amazed that you even found SNES chrono trigger in a shop though. I can't even find GC or PS2 games over here.
-
You criminal!
STOP STEALING MY SHTICK!
-
Well here you can buy FF7 for the low price of 89.99$!!
Many classic or rare games are over priced. Which is why an emulator is the best option when you're looking for such games. However, if you prefer having the original... then pay with your blood!

STOP STEALING MY SHTICK!
You do it a lot better too.

In the name of Chrono Trigger, most (if not all) rules can be bent.

THIS POST BROUGHT TO YOU FROM PRISON.

Tell that to... to... I wanna say... Chrono Redemption? Ahh look it up

I just bought a second hand CT from EBgames for 15 dollars. stfu, its not expensive, unless youre looking for retro console cartridges, and if you are, then you have no right to complain about pricing.lol
Personally I encourage ROM use. Publically, I dont condone posting such things here, as theyre of questionable legality.
**** Square right in the *** though. They make enough money off of recycling old titles and porting games to new consoles without much in the way of improvement.

But how far can they be bent before they break, and Apex has to torrent a new set?
The mind boggles.

45 dollars for a 14 year old game. Thats totally reasonable right? Its used by the way.
-
yes it is.
-
Yeah that's reasonable, esp. seeing as that game is a classic.
-
...and rare.
-
It's only overpriced if it's both a common title, and not something held in extremely high regards.
So this title gets away with it.

I've found a couple of good sounding ones, I'll queue them at 9,109,909,343. Oh hey, I have a serial key to unlock them too!

You're taking that one (back) to the grave, aren't you? I was pretty mad about SE giving them the cease and desist order, but I understand why they had to for business purposes.
Besides, after playing the completely kick-*** FFIV DS remake with 3D environments and voice acting and various gameplay improvements, I have at least one small bit of home that ol' Chrono might see a similar sort of love some day in an official capacity.

i have a small bit of home too, Harvey.
