Title: Game Over Problem

When I play my game and get gameover it dont show the game over screen it just goes back to the map and lets me walk around with a dead party. Whats wrong?

You've probably entered that there should be a common event playing after death.
In the battle layout of the database there is a choice in the bottom row.
