Title: SKATE thing

Okay so Ive been messing with mugen and I was wondering if anyone knew a link to download Skate, the black kid with roller skates from streets of rage 3. I can only find the Mediafire download and mugen infantry, Those 2 websites dont work on psp. Help would be appriciated and I thank the people.

Your making a mugen game on your PSP? I didnt know you could do that.
Anyways, if your file wont download, you might have to do without.
