Title: Spot Light in a Dark Room

This isn't the least bit important to me however it would be cool to have a dark room and the hero could only see a couple spaces in front of him would that be possible.

(I tint the screen for the night/day effect if that helps)

You also have to have the pic move with him or
else it won't work.
