is it illegal to sell a game made with rpg maker 2000/2003?

It was illegal when RPGmaker was a free program, now it's for pay and sell games made with it is possible, but only if you have an original license for the program, and for RPGmaker2003 it's possible only if you know japaneese for now.(It seems to me)

Giving out games for free isn't illegal, taking tips? What do you mean?

ok mario man, ENGLISH! im only 12 & that was sort of confusing.
i mean taking tips for like... ok. if i put a jar out and... i mean like a waiter gets a tip for being a good waiter! get what im sayn'?
