If you're talking about RPGM, we can't tell you.
It's illegal.

You can download Game Maker 8 at http://www.yoyogames.com/ older versions can be found on the Yoyogames wiki at http://wiki.yoyogames.com/index.php/Old_Game_Maker_Versions
