I stopped because no one was paying me.

Protecting your cartoon-ish cities from crime, here are two of the members of Alpha Force! Bluhman is over Snake, and Chisoku is over Captain Falcon. I REALLY wanted to release these two for Christmas, but Snake's model just outright refused to acknowledge even the slightest change. It went nuts over every little thing. It is one of the sloppiest models I've worked with. So many unnecessary steps, bones, and the fact that his body alone is at least six(teen?) different polygons. This is actually my second attempt at it. It does not look as nice as the original would've, but it works - as in, it's not littered with holes. Chisoku was surprisingly easy except for removing Falcon's accessories, where 3ds max just wouldn't export them.
Known problems:
-Bluhman's hat brim vanishes at certain angles. This is not the case in actual gameplay. Only if you pause and zoom into it. This is because I made it too thin. But in order to even get it to work, I had to hex it in vertex by vertex using floating point numbers, something I have no experience with. That is not a process I want to repeat.
I have not tested these online, but I assume they are not WiFi safe.
Because I thought it would be easy:

Don't be fooled. This was no walk in the park. I had to do a lot of things manually that I had never done before without the help of Brawlbox. Everything here (minus Kirby and Falco's original models) was, again, my own work. Originally, I was building it off of Splozion's Toon Kirby, but when I found out that I couldn't edit his model, I had to start over from scratch. Below him are three or four dots, this was intentional to simulate a ghostly appearance, and is not a graphical glitch (he lied). Notice that the bottom of the model is not round, but bumpy, like all Pac Man ghosts, though not very noticeable without the outline. I may provide a Kirby Hat fix in the future, so for now some Kirby Hats will change him back into Kirby. I'll probably make the Kirby hat fix once I have a decent number of members skinned, so I can also make the hats appropriate for the skins while I'm at it.
Hey, remember that thread where Lucas, Grandy, and I decided to try and skin the characters in Brawl to resemble Charas members? Of course you don't because we never really got anywhere.
Anyway, here you go:

The pic on the left is old, I already removed the emblem on the back of his cape (it's a separate texture), but I didn't feel like taking another picture. For comparison, here is Lucas' previous Grandy skin. (http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c268/X_marks_the_ed/G_compare.jpg)
I am also still working on Grandy's moveset. As soon as I'm finished I'll put up a Youtube and FitIke.pac link.
.Pac and .Pcs files here (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=GQT9BBXV), for those who know how to use custom Brawl textures. Most likely desyncs WiFi. I may later include a version with the sword still in his hand, so you can use him online. I made all of the model changes (oh, my poor head) myself. I removed the armor and the end of his belt, turned the belt into a sash, made the gloves skintight, "attached" the metal tips of his boots, turned the fancy suit into a plain shirt (a good three hours because the long part of the backside wouldn't cooperate).
I'll also include any more members I decide to make in this thread.
